Marine Vessels are basically ships and boats. 'Marine' means the sea and 'vessels' means carried by... Therefore marine vessels are things that are carried by the sea. There are many types of marine vessels.

  • cruise ships
  • naval ships
  • cold ironing electric power converterscontainers
  • containers

Naval Ships...

A navel ship is basically a ship (or sometimes a boat) used mostly by the navy. Naval ships mostly have a deep vee hull. This is because the people in the ship want the ship to move much faster as they are fighting...

Cruise ships…

As we know a cruise ship is a place where everyone can relax. It is also known as a cruise liner and is a passenger ship. These ships are there for pleasure. The experience in the ship is extremely heavenly and there are many other destinations where the ship will stop. It also uses a deep vee hull… but there are some that use shallow vee hulls…

Cold ironing electric power converters…

These ships clean up the sea… they save the sea from pollution. Basically the concept of plugging marine vessels into shore based power while they are docking. Marine vessels need power to run lights, heating, air conditioning and hot water for the ship's crew, as well as refrigerated containers.

Container Ships…

Container ships are basically ships that carry containers. These ships have flat bottomed hulls. This is because they need a lot of balance while carrying those containers. And also it is okay for them to travel slowly.
